I was also required to forward names of anyone i had plans to meet during the day for consideration at hq.
Benrik further insisted on being cc'd in on any email coresondence i had today (which seemed fair), i was also required to check in, and report my whereabouts every 4 hours on benrik.co.uk, with photos to support, this i did. At the end of the day i was to report the thoughts id had today.. all completed.

8.30 : Awake
8.31 : Arise
8.35 : Enter the shower
8.40 : Alight the shower (washing to take place between entering and leaving)
8.45 : Dress while lashing the ipod dock (playlist tbc)
9.0 : Scran breakfast (banana x 2, tap water and yoghurt)
9.20 : Head for town (John Whitehead park route)
10.0 : Appointment in Billingham town centre
12.0 : Go to the gym
1.30 : Blockbuster for tonights rental (film tbc)
3.0 : Email newspapers re: being printed (of course as requested you will be cc’d)
5.0 : Pick up required gear from Boro
6.0 : Scran dinner ( pasta, with bacon bits, red onion, drizzled with chilli oil)
7.0 : Catch up on blog
8.0 : Dress for extreme cold and tape knacked toes
9.0 : Extreme sledging @ preston park
11.30 : Head home and watch dvd
Retire to bed when sleepy (no time stipulated)
