Day 27...eating wrong!!!!

YES to this gear!!

Day 27....... "Today eat wrong".. Anyone who knows me well emough will know this was no real trouble for me, though i am ashamed to admit it, i regularly "eat wrong" without any real  effort or forethought, which means sadly, i had to eat even more horendously today so that it felt like a task.. rather than merely an extra day in an average weekend for me and the boys.

The book sugests some food types to avoid, and some food types i shouls think about consuming .. the reason for todays task being .. that scientists and dieticians keep isuing contradictory advice, one week something is good for you  the next its bad, so benrik encouraged me to eat exactly what health experts sugest i shouldnt, as i would probably enjoy it, and the advice in a year or so will probably sugest everything i ate was perfectly ok.. if not beneficial. Also benrik would like me to give reasons i am and am not eating foods based onn the likely dicoveries a few years form now.

So..

Today i avoided veg:- 2011 report will state that they increase the likelyhood or iritable bowel syndrome.

And ate gammon egg and chips:- a 2014 study will suggest that that the combination of these 3 foods significantly reduces risk of heart disease.

boycoted fruit :-  Government health secretary will anounce bananas and citrus fruits carry mutant fruit based  strain of bird flu.

Drank ginger beer and coke:- In 2016 NHS  advice will inform us that carbonated sugar packed drinks aid the functioning of a healthy pancreas.

Partook of no water:- Next year water consumption on certain days of the week will be linked with chronicly itchy feet.

I downed cheese and salami toastie like it was going out of fashion:-  In 2010 bread and dairy will be highlighted as key elements of a balanced and healthy diet.

I ate badly ... wrongly, and it felt so right.... though it did make me feel more ill than than my general diet.. i will be both worried , and delighted if any of there prospective food based predictions turn out to be accurate.

mission accomplished.
