day 46....politically correct friend circles.

day 46... And today i was charged with finding out "How politically correct is your circle of friends?" I basically had to have a good think and work out if my group of friends represented the full tapestry of human cultural and ethnic variety.. If i discovered it didn't benrik sugested i take remedial action.

I knew before starting i wouldnt come out of this well, i have one close friend who could be counted at having a different ethnicity.. and thats about it.
How often do you need to see someone to count them within your circle of friends ? i mean if its someone you hung out with at uni , and now see once in a while..do they count or is that  just an aquantence really?

So i racked my brains for anyone i see oftenish that i could  include, and feel i was being honest, and true to the task and to the meaning of circle of friends.
I searched my photos in the hope that i had close friends of a different ethnicity, and that i was just so p.c that i hadnt realised that they wernt white and brittish.

After working out that your circle  is the people you see a lot of, and that canadians probably dont count as a different ethnicity, I have realised that i will have to take the afore mentioned remedial action,  I have never gone out deliberately  to bring friends into my clan before.. and certainly never based on their ethnicity.How does one go about this?. Teesside isnt the friendliest of places at the best of times, And infiltrating the asian or any other community here.in order to rebalance the p.c ness of my circle of friends will be a lot harder than it sounds.

But i will endeavour to do so.. watch this space..when i have accomplised something i will update.
