day 22.... nostradamus day... (or predicting 2015)

Day 22 ..As you can read above today is "nostradamus day" what exactly does that mean i hear you ask.. well .. basically today benrik has asked me to predict events, and how the world will look in 2015.. or more specificaly on december 31st 2015!..

It works like this.. i was given a page with options for what may happen in 2015.... on a number of subjects and  i pick the box i think will be closest to actuality...  ill give you the results (my predictions) below.

CLOTHING

SO IN 2015 everyone will  be wearing gap!...... i say gap because that was the only option brand wise, the other 2 were space suits or naked..and i just dont think there are sufficient years between now and then for either of the other 2 options to happen. I plead with all who read this not to let this prediction become realitytho.. but i see it happening.. again not everyone in reality, and also not gap... but look around i know youll see it.. droves of people fitted out like doils from an american university campus. all checked shirts, v necks and hoodies with slightly differing logo.. be it an eagle, a man playing polo or any other cack.. frightfull.

TRANSPORT

IN 2015 petrol fueled cars will be banned, not likely itl be by 2015 exacly but the pressure being placed on us to leave cars at home, take the bus and go green is only going to  increase, twin being pressganged into being green and add the fact natural resources will run out  and your probably not that far off. It defo seemed more likely than bike riders being the majority (though they could be linked) and robot horses being the norm.

GEOPOLITICS

IN 2015 israel and palestine willl be at war... no suprises there then, the other options were america and china will be at war.. which is a posibility i guess, but more likely to take place as a market war.. a veritable battle for economic dominance.. i didnt think earth and omega centurai would be at war you may be shocked to discover.

BUSINESS

IN 2015 microsoft will invade a small country, nothing much else to say on that, no more unlikely than the dowe jones hitting 30,000 or genetics being the number 1 industry in the world.. so i thought  yeah... why not. If nothing else the thought of loads of computer loving , techy geeks getting mad and invading anywhere or doing anything forcefully that didnt involve writing programmes or playing onn consoles in dark rooms cracks me up.

ART

IN 2015 art will run out of taboos to break, this is fairly likely.. i mean in the last decade weve had a cow cut in half in formaldehyde and an unmade bed with used condoms on it winning the turner prize ( highest prize in the art world) there cant be many more to break..we should be there by 2015, if were not allready  the other options were perspective coming back into style ( could happen).. and renegade artists  taking jupiter (not quite so likely).

SPACE

IN 2015  man will be exploring pluto... just the most likely  or certainly more so than  manexploring the andromeda galaxy and  man getting the hell out of space before the second meteorite hits.

DESIGN

IN 2015  .. clutter will be back, i reckon its happening its never really been out of style wherever i live... not messy not everywhere  but hiding behind every piece of furniture and behimd every cupboard door, i dont believe gravityless shelves will be round in 6 years.. and the doodle showed on the page (great as it was) wasnt inspiring enuf to have books devoted to it.

INTERNET

IN 2015 ... the most visited site will be alienhotties.com.. well you know there are people about with every  kind of fettish or perversion you could think of , so if pictures of that like are doing the rounds... theres enuf perves around to make that possible... maybe, i dont think tinternet will be wired to our brains and i would like to think search engines would find love and settle down but im not buying it.

THE TIE BREAKER

 ( dunno why the book called it that)
however this is meant to be what i think the slogan for the no.1 breakfast cereal in 2015 will be..
im gunna go with... " tastes so shiz it must be healthy"
