Day 25... the height of rudeness!

you are... by me!!

Day 25...And today i am asked to " stare into other peoples homes" this i did, as the book rightly points out, although it does not sit well with the family being gazed upon, there is no law against looking, nay staring  into the nations abodes. And let's be honest about this, if people really didnt WANT you to look through their windows at their marvelously upholstered couches, extravegant wall paper and breathtaking axminsters they would get netsor just draw the curtains right?

So i spent the weekend away, (in Leeds), and went out alone in the morning to begin my spying ,its amazing how much intrusion you can fit into one 15 min trip to the shops ( i bought yoghurts, morello cherry flavour, and strawberry flavour....they were delicious)

I was asked to keep an eye out for certain commonly viewable home based scenes.. my eyes were well and truly peeled,  the area was largely african and asian and  so not only was i able to check off most of the scenes i should be looking for , but some others i hadnt anticipated.. heres the run down :-

I saw families eating breakfast, couples reading the morning papers, kids watching cartoons, a man and his woman arguing, clocks ticking... i also saw second that a muslim woman put on her face covering and  i saw a dog running in circles in its living room....i didnt however see  cockroaches jumping  in the soup, bailiffs reposesing a fridge or instances of spontaneous combustion..(the book hoped i might).

Benrik sugested i may want to knock on the door of those i observed, and ask if they wanted to become friends... i didnt want.

spying done, mission completed.
